Here i am explaining how to get rid of earlier version of windows selection page in windows 7 without any
changes in boot screen or registry or any program.
1. Open control panel from start menu
2. Select system menu
3. In system menu click advanced system settings
4. In adcanced settings windows select Advanced tab
5. In this windows , under start up and recovery , click settings
6. OK ! now disable time to display list of pperating systems ! and you are done !
